Administration

Tracy Smith

Tracy Smith is a multi-hyphenate operator, organizer, learner, and advisor at Level Forward where she leads administration, co-leads our undoing racism practice, and coordinates our Impact Advisory Group. Tracy has worked in various administrative and operations roles at Accenture, McKinsey & Company, and Black Economic Alliance, and is currently studying and learning to write a children's book in her free time, when she is not enjoying her family and her all-consuming dog.

How I Level Forward: I start my day with my favorite quote by Leo Tolstoy, “Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.” I am consciously kind to those closest to me and to strangers. I always try to see the positive side of a situation. I laugh a lot. I am in love with motherhood so I start with my own family–I deeply enjoy raising two Gen-Z women who will have a positive impact on the next generation in their own way. I share my time with others, I am committed to volunteering regularly with various organizations in my community. “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” —Gandhi. I have opened my home and my heart to an animal–Luna–my furry baby.
