A Call to Men has been a member of Level Forward's Impact Advisory Group since 2023, and has partnered with LF on a variety of projects including Jagged Little Pill.

A Call to Men transforms society by promoting healthy, respectful manhood through trainings and educational resources for companies, government agencies, schools, and community groups. Central to their work is an in-depth analysis of how collective socialization shapes harmful norms—the “Man Box”—and a community organizing model rooted in seven core principles, including centering marginalized voices and addressing intersectional oppression. Following the CDC’s social-ecological framework and supporting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 5 for gender equality, they invite men and boys to critically examine and challenge cultural messages that devalue women and girls, empowering hundreds of thousands of male-identified aspiring allies worldwide to prevent gender-based violence and discrimination
